1. About this service

S2Gride (“the Service”) provides automated, managed website hosting on subdomains of s2gride.com exclusively for customers of StackOMS, operated by Y M Shah & Co, Vadodara, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a hosted plan or using a site on this domain, you agree to these terms.

2. Your subdomain & account

• Subdomains are allocated automatically, first-come first-served, at the time of purchase and are tied to your StackOMS license.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your site.
• Subdomain names must not impersonate other firms or brands, infringe trademarks, or contain offensive terms. We may reclaim names that do.

3. Acceptable use

• Hosted sites are for operating your professional practice with StackOMS. Hosting unrelated applications, spam operations, unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes others' rights is prohibited.
• You must comply with all laws applicable to you and your clients, including data protection and the professional conduct rules of your governing body (ICAI, ICSI, Bar Council, etc.).
• Automated systems monitor platform health; we may suspend sites that endanger security or other customers' sites, with notice where reasonably possible.

4. Service, uptime & backups

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime.
• You are responsible for exporting/backing up your own practice data regularly using the tools provided inside StackOMS. We recommend monthly exports.

5. License, term & expiry

• Hosting is provided alongside an active StackOMS license. When a license expires, your site remains accessible, but StackOMS updates and support cease until renewal.
• Refunds follow the StackOMS Refund Policy — 30-day money-back guarantee; refunded hosted sites are removed after a 7-day data-export grace period.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current license term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data where you have not maintained your own backups.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Vadodara, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction.

🔐 Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

S2Gride is the automated hosting platform for StackOMS, operated by Y M Shah & Co, 345, Tower A, K10 Atlantis, Sarabhai Main Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara – 390007, Gujarat, India.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your name, firm name, email, phone and billing details — collected at purchase on stackoms.com to provision your site and issue GST invoices.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requested URLs) kept for security and troubleshooting.
• License telemetry: your StackOMS installation periodically verifies its license with our license server (domain name, license key, version). No practice data is sent.

3. Your practice data belongs to you

The client records, tasks, invoices and financial information you store inside your StackOMS site are your data. Our provisioning is fully automated precisely so that no person needs to access your site. We do not access, read, sell or share your practice data except: (a) when you explicitly request support and grant access, (b) as required to maintain platform security, or (c) where the law requires.

4. Cookies

This page sets no tracking cookies. Your own hosted site sets only the functional cookies WordPress requires for login sessions.

5. Sharing & processors

• Payments are processed by Razorpay — card details never touch our servers.
• Sites are hosted on infrastructure provided by our hosting partner in accordance with industry security standards.
• We never sell personal data to anyone.

6. Retention & deletion

• Active sites are retained for the duration of your license plus any renewal period.
• On refund or written deletion request, your site and database are permanently deleted after a 7-day export grace period.
• Billing records are retained as required by Indian tax law.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@stackoms.com. We respond within 7 working days.

8. Updates to this policy

Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
